Toodledo Gets a New Look

Toodledo.com
I logged on to my favorite list app, Toodledo, yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by the facelift it had since I last visited the site (I check off to do items on my Android phone, use the site for organizing lists).  Toodledo users had been enduring a really ugly-looking app, only because of features like nested lists, apps for iPhone, Android and Blackberry, customizable search filters,  a scheduler that shows you when you have time to complete a task, and tons of other goodies.  I have to mention the time tracking feature is great for project work or self employed people.  Check out the bottom of the Toodledo page to see all the features.

The new look makes for much easier navigation, and some of the features are tucked away behind tabs instead of appearing as links that once cluttered the top of the screen.  The color scheme is MUCH easier on the eyeballs and the font is easier to read.  Thank you, Toodledo!

  1. If you’d like a tool for managing your time and projects, you can use this web-application inspired by David Allen’s GTD:

    http://www.Gtdagenda.com

You can use it to manage and prioritize your goals, projects and tasks, set next actions and contexts, use checklists, schedules and a calendar.
Syncs with Evernote and Google Calendar, and also comes with mobile version, and Android and iPhone apps.

  2. GTDagenda is great - I've tried it, and it's very powerful. But, I didn't stick with it. Toodledo just works better for me.
