Amazon Purchase: Palm TX
Last fall, my Palm TX was either lost or stolen while I was in WalMart. The TX was my fifth Palm PDA and by far the best, and I only had it for a couple of months before it was lost/stolen and I was so disgusted when a couple of trips to WalMart’s lost and found turned up nothing that I decided to go back to a paper organizer. That didn’t work out so great, so I tried a Pocket PC - Dell Axim - after hearing so many raves about them. The Axim was a good PDA, but most of the developers of the third party Palm software I used did not have Pocket PC versions. I could not make due with the software I found for the Axim, so my husband got that PDA and I brought out my old Palm Tungsten C and charged it up.

The T|C is kind of buggy because I messed with the ROM and my husband cracked it open to replace the battery resulting in some of the keys on the thumb board not behaving well. But, I made due with it until yesterday, when I ordered a new Palm TX using certificates I’ve been saving from purchases on my Amazon Visa card. Yay! The TX is to ship out today and I anxiously await its arrival. I really look forward to the longer screen so I do not need to scroll so much.
